Magento Developer

We are seeking a skilled Magento Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Magento-based eCommerce websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, implement custom solutions, and optimize performance. The Magento Developer should have a strong understanding of Magento architecture, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other related technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Magento-based eCommerce websites, including customizing themes, modules, and extensions.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, modular, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure website stability and performance.
• Optimize website speed, scalability, and security.
• Integrate third-party applications, plugins, and APIs as needed.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in Magento development.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients.
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Magento Developer, with a strong portfolio of Magento-based projects.
• Experience with module development, pre-built solutions, and ERP integrations (P21).
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Deep understanding of Magento architecture, including themes, modules, extensions, and customizations.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows.
• Experience with headless CMS/Magento, Laravel and Hyva also helpful.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Magento certification(s) is a plus.
