Job Title: Temporary Office Assistant, could go perm for qualified candidate Location: Woods Edge Apts., 110 Jerusalem Ave, NY 11550 Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Pay Rate: $20$22/hr DOE Employment Type: Temporary (Immediate Start) Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Office Assistant to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Respond to emails and take messages as needed Perform general clerical duties including copying, filing, and data entry Maintain organized records and office files Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations Support other staff with special projects as assigned Qualifications: Previous office or administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
