Top Job Located in Lake City , MN Salary: $26.08We are hiring Process Operators on a variety of shifts to set up, operate, and maintain tooling for casting line equipment, cutoff machines, automatic loaders, CNC lines, and robotics. This role includes production reporting, inspection, packaging, shipping, and material handling while working with molten metal and alloys. Operators will learn to safely use advanced machinery such as casting machines, shot blast equipment, CNC lathes, Fanuc robotics, and forklifts, as well as read blueprints and perform preventive maintenance. Strong safety awareness, reliability, and teamwork are essential, as the position involves working in dynamic environments with changing conditions.Once you complete 60 working days through Express, you will roll onto the company's payroll with union benefits starting on day one.3rd Shift Schedule-Monday - Friday 11pm-7am$0.75 shift differential Pay$25.33 Base Pay ($26.08 with shift differential added)Weekly paychecks every FridayResponsibilities and DutiesSetup, operate, and maintain tooling for casting line equipment, cutoff machines, automatic loaders, and CNC linesPerform production support activities including reporting, inspection, packaging, shipping, and material handlingUse tooling and gaging equipment to meet product specifications and requirementsSafely operate machines such as casting machines, shot blast equipment, CNC lathes, Fanuc robotics, forklifts, and precision measuring toolsWork with molten metal, cast iron sleeves, and other alloysConduct furnace operations including monitoring, preventative maintenance, crane work, and melt deck operationsRead and interpret blueprints and drawings accuratelyPerform preventive maintenance and general housekeeping of machines and work areasComplete required paperwork, reports, and tags thoroughly and accuratelyReceive and pass fit?test training for respirators/PAPR'sMaintain and promote a strong safety culture, following all policies and proceduresIdentify and communicate workplace hazards, correcting or reporting unsafe conditionsWork in environments that may be noisy, dusty, oily, or have fluctuating temperaturesPerform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managementSkills and QualificationsStand/Walk for extended periodsLift 3 lbs. continuously and up to 50 lbs. occasionallyPush/Pull/Bend frequently; Reach occasionally above shoulder heightWork in dusty environments with fluctuating warm/hot temperaturesObtain Fork Truck Certification within 90 days of employmentPass Fit-Test & Wear PPE for assigned tasksBenefits and PerksMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceTerm lifeShort-term disability401(k)Employee assistance programPaid holidays, for qualifying employeesReferral programSick and Safe Time (ESST)About Express Employment Professionals in Red Wing, MNEstablished in 1991, Express Employment Professionals in Red Wing, MN has partnered with over 700 companies in the area.
