Be the Best Regional Director Operations You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you Bachelor's degree preferred in a health or human services field and a minimum of 3-5 years agency operations and clinical management experience, with a minimum of 2 years' management experience in home health, hospice, or other post-acute care environment. Or have the equivalent training and experience in health service administration and at least two (2) years of full-time supervisory or administrative experience in home health care, hospice or related health programs. Required Certifications and Licensures: RN license and graduate from an approved nursing school with a current license, is highly preferred, but exceptions may occur based on the needs of the business operations and structure within that market or region.
