Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our cardiology office team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing and medical services focusing on cardiovascular health, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic cardiac conditions. Working collaboratively with our cardiologists, the APRN/PA will play a key role in diagnosing and treating patients, as well as educating them on their health conditions and treatment plans. Qualifications

  • Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Florida
  • Graduation from an accredited APRN or PA program
  • Certification in cardiology
  • Previous experience working in a cardiology practice or related field
  • Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Proficiency in conducting physical assessments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans
  • Current CPR certification
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about advancements in cardiology practice

Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time hours in an office-based cardiology practice
  • Willingness to adhere to practice protocols, guidelines, and standards of care
  • Flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling needs, including some evenings or weekends as required
  • Strong organizational skills to manage patient caseload and documentation efficiently
  • Compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements
  • Upholding patient confidentiality and privacy always
  • Able to quickly adapt to rapid growth and changes within he office
  • Team player at all times
  • Maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor in all patient interactions

Primary Location: Tampa

Shift Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Salary: Discussed at the interview
