Cold Caller

Overview:
Apex Capital Group is looking for sed cold callers with experience in reaching out to property owners in the United States. This fulltime position and a longterm opportunity to join our dynamic team for the right fit.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct cold calls to property owners and effectively communicate with them.
* Maintain detailed records of interactions using Podio CRM.

Requirements Requirements:
* Fluent in speaking and writing in English.
* Basic understanding of real estate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.
* Proficiency in using Smart Dialer.
* Familiarity with Podio CRM is a big plus
* Technological capabilities: Webcam headset with noise cancellation minimum 8 GB RAM minimum i5 or equivalent processor.
