Additional commission on enhancements, with a strong front desk team to offer additional treatment options so you can focus on healing.Flexible Schedules$250 yearly stipend for license fees, CE credits or insurance.100% employer covered TelemedicinePTO after 1 year401K after 90 days12 CEU's with new hire trainingSpa Attendants on staff from open to close - no laundry required of you50% off services, and 40% off productsNo sales quotasHow Our Massage Therapists Facilitate Healing:Customize treatment plans based on individual clients.Create an experience of peace and relaxation for members/guests/other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach.Generate return clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa.Team Member Essentials:Active NC Massage Therapist license in good standing.Carry massage therapy liability insurance.Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team membersUnderstand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
