The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Legal fact and basic legal research
- Assist with case management
- Organize and electronically file pleadings
- Coordinate and schedule calendars
- Monitor deadlines
- Answer phone and e-mails
- Proof outgoing documents for grammar, spelling and accuracy
- Interview potential clients & summarize for attorney
- Review and Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Review and Draft litigation documents, pleadings and discovery
Qualifications
- 2+ years as Litigation Paralegal
- Ability to work overtime
Personal Skills

Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years minimum experience as a litigation paralegal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
