Loan Servicing ManagerLocation: 11501 Outlook Street, Overland Park KansasUnder the direction of the Vice President of Servicing, the Manager I on the Loan Servicing & Asset Management team is responsible for supervising Account Managers and overseeing the performance of our HUD/FHA commercial real estate portfolio. The Manager ensures compliance with regulatory, GNMA, and internal policies while delivering exceptional service to clients and partners.Essential FunctionsSupervise daily functions of Account Managers and organize workflow to ensure productivity and compliance.Act as liaison and manage internal/external client relationships.Review and approve financial transactions such as escrow holdbacks and capital draws.Train staff and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.Collaborate with IT to improve workflow efficiencies.Evaluate and assign risk ratings through the Asset Quality Reporting process and participate in Asset Recovery Group planning sessions.Recommend and implement policy and procedure revisions.Be present in the office to work and collaborate in-person with colleagues and cross-functional teams.Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key's clients and Key.EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)Work Experience5+ years of commercial real estate servicing experience. (required)SkillsExperience with McCracken/Strategy and RECWeb systems for managing commercial real estate loans.Ability to manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure productivity across teams while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.Ability to supervise staff, provide training, and foster a high-performance culture.Understanding of legal principles related to commercial real estate transactions.Familiarity with underwriting standards and practices for commercial real estate loans.Strong verbal and written communication for internal collaboration and client interaction.Ability to evaluate financial data, risk ratings, and operational performance.Ability to assess property-level financials to support servicing decisions.Ability to manage and grow client relationships and provide exceptional service to clients and rating agencies.Core CompetenciesAll KeyBank employees are expected to demonstrate Key's Values and sustain proficiency in identified Leadership Competencies.Physical DemandsGeneral Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.Compensation and BenefitsThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $122,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
