Position Summary:

The Manager will join the Finance & Strategic Analytics Team and will lead the development and execution of our enterprise reporting, analytics, and process automation strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Enterprise Data Management team on data quality and data field development initiatives.
  • Define and execute enterprise Power BI reporting strategy (dashboard design, data modeling, user adoption initiatives).
  • Enhance data 'self-service' capabilities across the organization.
  • Implement reporting automation processes to streamline data extraction, transformation, and dissemination.
  • Utilize statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI techniques to forecast business results and derive actionable insights from large, complex data sets.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify, prioritize, and implement analytical solutions for relevant insights and informed decisions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, business analytics, or related field from a US Department of Education accredited college or university
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a related role, with prior experience in a managerial position
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver results
  • Advanced competence in Coding Language (SQL, VBA, DAX, Python, etc.)
  • Experience performing statistical analysis using Stata or other statistical analysis software
  • Deep understanding of Power BI
  • Experience improving/automating processes
  • Prior success leading complex projects
  • Expert-level data visualization skills
  • Experience working with/analyzing large amounts of data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a consumable manner
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Advanced Degree
