With continued success and growth, they are looking to add a Superintendent to their growing teamJob DescriptionLead and supervise all on-site construction activities for commercial projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timelines are met. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports. Oversee quality control to ensure work meets specifications and standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
