Location SupervisorThe Location Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Location Manager to oversee the day to day operations at his/her location(s). The Location Supervisor will be required to fully understand all aspects of his/her location(s), build positive relationships with the client and increase the efficiencies and business within their delivery operations. Relationship building with client, recruiting, and gaining 100% of client business in each location are utmost priorities.Core Responsibilities & Duties:Manager in training to become Location ManagerDelivery and route managementAssist in recruiting / retention of contractorsEngagement and positive cultureWork directly with the Client and Location ManagerAdhere and enforce all operational policiesWarehouse Operations (in certain locations)Maintain a clean and safe working environmentOther duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePrior experience in management and/or logisticsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalStrong leadership and planning abilityMust possess strong interpersonal skillsMust have the ability to prioritize work load and manage timeIdentifies and resolves problems.
