Experience: 8+ Years Location: Sunnyvale, CA Hybrid: 3 days/week Job Description: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities Experience with various testing methodologies and tools Ability to create and maintain test data Experience with data migration and integration testin Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce implementations Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce features, integrations, and customizations Experience in Selenium is required Perform regression testing to ensure stability after bug fixes. Identify and document defects, ensuring timely resolution Manage QA processes and ensure adherence to best practices Drive the development and implementation of QA strategies and plan Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality Communicate test results and findings effectively to stakeholders Manage QA processes and ensure adherence to best practices Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce QA engineers & Testers Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,20,000 .
