Job Type: Full-time About the Role: As the Regional Sales Director, you will play a crucial leadership role at Erie Home, overseeing the sales division within your designated region. You will cultivate a top-tier culture in your region, ensuring consistent achievement of key metrics and surpassing sales targets. What We Offer: Competitive Compensation: Yearly earnings potential between $235,000 - $325,000, including a base salary and an attractive bonus structure. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Drive team performance to meet and exceed budgeted sales quotas through effective execution of selling strategies. Team Development: Mentor and cultivate high-performing sales managers to maintain a talent pool ready for future leadership roles. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, lending, and customer service teams for seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction. Market Presence: Operate out of a major office within your region and conduct regular visits to multiple offices weekly. Field Leadership: Lead by example by conducting at least two appointments monthly, including field observations of potential leadership candidates. Marketing Efficiency: Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize marketing spend and enhance funnel efficiency. Recruitment Partnership: Work with recruiting to ensure sufficient staffing levels are maintained. Motivational Coaching: Inspire and influence teams to achieve their full potential through coaching and mentorship. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in home services sales, multi-location sales, or senior-level sales management. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. Experience developing high-performing sales teams and a knack for motivational coaching. Accountable and able to instill accountability in others. Strong analytical abilities to derive actionable strategies from data insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including persuasive presentation capabilities. Adept at engaging and developing individuals through effective training methods. Experience in cross-functional collaboration to meet organizational goals. Proficient with CRM systems like Salesforce, as well as Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to relocate or currently reside in the Mid-Central region, specifically IL, IN, KY, or MO. Open to travel, with an expectation of visiting offices multiple times per week, including overnight travel 30-50% of the time.
