Synergy Interactive is partnering with a global media producer to fill a Airtable Administrator role. This contract position is remote based out of Newark, NJ and requires strong experience with Airtable configurations, implementations and optimizing the platform for enterprise level users.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout and ongoing management of Airtable within our Global Content organization.
  • Lead change management activities for system updates, including maintaining and creating process documentation and communicating updates to users.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation on back-end system functionality for the Airtable admin team.
  • Design and implement training programs to equip users with the skills to leverage Airtable effectively.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Airtable best practices and emerging features.
  • Own and refine the user management process.
  • Assist users with day-to-day questions about new and existing Airtable functionality.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with successful Airtable implementations, ideally in the tech or media space.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is preferred.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in a NY/NJ based company.
  • Familiarity with other project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
