Project Manager Public ProjectsOur client is a well-established general contractor with a strong track record delivering high-quality public and municipal projects across South Florida. They are known for their collaborative culture, strong relationships with local municipalities, and consistent pipeline of public sector work.Job DescriptionManage public and municipal construction projects from award through final closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and contracts. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and municipal inspectors. Prepare and manage subcontracts, change orders, and pay applications. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment. Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all safety standards, local codes, and public-sector requirements. Proven experience managing projects in the $1M-$3M range. Strong understanding of government procurement, permitting, and compliance processes. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient with construction management software and project controls.
