Retail Sales DirectorThe Retail Sales Director leads a retail team focused on growth across Grocery, Convenience Retail, and Independent Channels, including national and regional chains. Overseeing Key Account Managers, this role is responsible for strategic planning, customer relationships, and execution to expand market share and enhance in-store performance for Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast. Committed to being the best customer partner in the industry, the Retail Sales Director builds collaborative, value-driven relationships and delivers solutions tailored to each retailer's needs. The Retail Sales Director also partners with Brand Partners to implement joint initiatives, maximize brand impact, and align promotional activities and merchandising standards across all retail channels.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Drive volume, revenue, and profit growth through a unified retail sales strategy across all channels.Align customer business plans with company priorities, brand strategies, and annual goals to maximize impact.Serve as senior contact for key retail partners, fostering alignment and joint value creation.Monitor category trends, shopper insights, and competition to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.Lead, coach, and develop Key Account Managers to deliver excellence, strengthen relationships, and ensure consistency.Foster collaboration and alignment between Key Accounts and Sales Centers.Set expectations, assess performance, and provide coaching to support development and succession readiness.Drive sales, profit, and market share through disciplined pricing, promotions, and merchandising, guided by data and insights.Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align on pricing, availability, and execution.Collaborate with KAMs and PRGM to manage budgets, spending, and funding while ensuring compliance and fiscal discipline.Oversee technology platforms including ASN, CAO, My Coke, Anaplan, Picos, and Photo Recognition.Represent the customer and channel voice across the organization to shape strategy and elevate retail execution.Requires overnight travel.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience within the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry.Demonstrated success managing multiple customer channels and leading cross-functional teams to exceed business goals.Proven ability to develop and execute channel growth strategies that deliver sustainable results.Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire high performance.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.Analytical and financially astute, capable of leveraging data and insights to guide strategic decisions.Benefits & Perks: 401K with Company Match, Health Insurance starting Day 1, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Employee Referral Bonuses, Fitness Reimbursements, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Discounts, Scholarship Opportunities, and so much more *Benefits may vary by position, location, and union governance*About Coke Northeast: At Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, we start with great people and great brands, in that order.
