Job Description:



What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs.

  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You’ll Do It

  • Gathers business requirements and objectives and translates them for project teams. Manage all aspects of each projects. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs.

  • Assembles project teams. Aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Ensures project metrics are defined, progress is tracked, and team members and stakeholders are provided regular updates.

  • Assists with business requirements analyses. Manages project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately. Estimates work efforts and manages resources.

  • Documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicate project statuses to stakeholders.

  • Work with Digital leadership and Strategy team to support planning activities for a series of recurring monthly and quarterly Digital Organization meetings.  Organize agendas, gather and align meeting content, engage partners, produce meeting notes, and deliver on other activities related to the Digital meeting series.

Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelors in Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management or related.

  • 4+ years of experience with Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions or related experience.

  • In Lieu of Education, 6+ years of Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions or related experience.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • 6+ years of Project Management, Computer Science, Digital Marketing Initiatives, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience.

  • Agile and/or Kanban, PMP certification.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
