Their responsibilities include introducing and training new caregivers to clients, developing and updating care plans, conducting new hire orientation training, filling in for call-off shifts, and supervising visits for staff.Roles & ResponsibilitiesThis is an 80% in-field position and 20% in-office position.Must be available from 8 AM to 8 PM, 3 to 4 days per week, and every other weekend, and on holidays.Travel to clients' homes on a daily basisAssist the scheduler in care planning and team coordination.Evaluate and improve current client care services.Train and mentor new team members.Join the Ready Care (On-Call) Team every other weekend (Fill in for caregiver call-offs).Qualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED.Flexibility to adjust to the needs of the dayMinimum of 2 years of caregiving experience in 1:1 in-home senior careSuccessful completion of Initial Orientation.Pass Criminal Background & Driving Record Check.Valid employment credentials (Driver's License, Insurance, Registration).Positive and professional attitude with clients and team members.Compensation & Benefits$18 to $20 per hourOvertime eligibilityBonus opportunitiesOpportunity for AdvancementFree Dental InsuranceMedical Insurance401K plan matching and profit sharingPaid Time Off (PTO)Professional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers.
