To accomplish this mission, we are committed to attracting and retaining the best talent and an engaged and thriving workforce that drives a sustainable future for our company and society.Working at IPG Medical Group you can expect challenging projects, a motivating and friendly environment, and competitive benefits.Duties:Develop product requirements and marketing programs for capital equipment, instruments and disposables for use in stone and soft tissue management proceduresPlan new product introductions, including strategic positioning, pricing, promotion, training and education programsWork with Regulatory Affairs, Research, and Engineering to receive foreign market approvalsExecute local commercial launchesRecruit, train and manage sales managers in each local marketAppoint and manage distributors in each territoryPlan and coordinate international partnershipsDevelop educational seminars, group meetings, live presentations and facilitate white papersSet up and manage local Key Opinion Leaders sites to support marketing initiatives, such as speaking engagements, product benchmark studies, testimonials, and training workshopsGenerate and manage international sales forecast and budget for capital equipment and disposables (fibers, endoscopes, etc.)
