Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist IIThe Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist II provides services that will contribute to the achievement of aggressive business goals. Handle the administration of the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources Talent Acquisition functions and duties.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Manage the life cycle of recruitment; sourcing, screening, interviewing, references, offers, background and conflict of interest checks and on-boarding in order to meet corporate goals and expectations.Participate in the life cycle of employment: on-boarding, policies knowledge, benefit administration, payroll, training and development, exit procedure and unemployment.Determine and recommend recruiting policies and practices necessary to establish a strong employment process.Audit applicant and employee files for compliance.Initiate background and conflict of interest checks to verify candidate eligibility.Generation, maintenance and tracking of advertising and promotional material.Professionally represent ConServe in the general community.Handle communication with candidates including providing feedback, negotiating offers and acting as point of contact for candidates.Assist with new hire orientation and post orientation follow-up.Create and maintain employee records in Human Resources Information System database.
