Through strategic programs and initiatives, this position will assist families seeking support with Autism and other related developmental disabilities by providing behavioral health treatment in-home, at a support center or in a community. This position is responsible for making meaningful change in the Client and families' life.What we offer (We like to get right to it)Competitive Compensation & Benefits We Value Transparency Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Hiring Bonus $300 for part-time employees after 150 clinical hours worked within 6 months $600 for part-time employees after 300 clinical hours worked within 6 months Additional Pay Incentives: + $2/hour for weekend shifts + $5/hour for company-observed holidaysMonday-Friday between the hours of 1:00pm 8:00pmSaturdays between the hours of 2:00pm 9:00pmCities Targeting- Covina, El Monte, Arcadia, Duarte, Pasadena, La Puente, PasadenaWe aim to match you with clients near your home and we offer mileage reimbursement if your client is over 20 miles away.Student loan repayment assistance for eligible rolesBonus program(s) for eligible rolesCareer development and advancement opportunitiesFlexible schedulingGreat and fun company cultureExpansive Health, Vision, and Dental plans for our full-time partners401(K) retirement savings programMileage and phone reimbursementAnd so much moreRole Responsibilities (Here's what it takes)Provide 1:1 care directly with Clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.Ensure that 100% of the scheduled direct services are provided without any scheduling interruptions.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.Collect data related to Client's progress during treatment sessions.Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client in alignment with the treatment plan.Promote Client engagement to build their strengths in a natural and enjoyable manner.Consulting with case supervisor on treatment plans, Client updates, and intervention strategies.Receiving and utilizing ongoing training, guidance, and support.Follow program procedures, administrative tasks, direct therapy skills, and other duties that are in line with our compliance requirements.Maintaining reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.Ensuring that the company's "zero tolerance policy" is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the region.Completing all duties, tasks, and/or special projects assigned by leaders and/or the business.Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.Providing make up hours as an alternate care team member.Maintaining eligible transportation and current liability insurance (if applicable).Must Haves (Yes, we have needs)High School Diploma or GED (minimum)Reliable TransportationSuccessfully complete Live Scan background check, employment verification, and TB screeningBe able to lift up to 30lbs.
