About Actikare As an Actikare caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by assisting seniors with daily activities, offering companionship, and helping them maintain independence in a safe, supportive home environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (HCA & CNA) Flexible work schedules Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) & sick leave Free continuing education and training Supportive and professional team environment Job Responsibilities Provide pleasant and supportive companionship Assist with ambulation and mobility (in-home and outside activities such as walks or doctor's appointments) Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and activities of daily living Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Monitor clients and report unusual incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family members Act quickly and responsibly in emergency situations Requirements Active CNA or HCA certification in the State of Washington, or proof of completion/current enrollment in a training program Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English U.S. work authorization (required) Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism Compassionate demeanor with excellent bedside manner Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills Physical ability to perform required job duties Schedule & Job Type Expected hours: 30 per week, with opportunities up to 40 hours Job Types: Full-time and Part-time Equal Opportunity Employer Actikare Responsive In Home Care is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
