Must-haves

  • The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer or as a warehouse associate
  • Eager and willing to pick up tasks as needed
  • Experience working in a warehouse living and moving inventory
  • The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for an entire shift
  • Flexibility to work on call as needed


Day-to-Day

An employer is looking for an Inventory Planner/Warehouse Associate in Redmond, WA. This person needs to have strong execution of warehouse shipping and receiving and have experience in a standing role. The successful candidate must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development. They need to be comfortable moving inventory with the potential to move into a more data analytics Planner role down the road. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in the early stages of a rapid growing team with huge fulltime potential.

Responsibilities could include:

*Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.

*Manage inbound shipments: po tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications.

*Analyze inventory position and sku performance to determine inventory needs.

*Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.
