These could include (but are not limited to):Personal HygieneAmbulation/TransfersDressing/ShavingPrepares meals and snacks according to instructionsAccompany patient on errands or medical appointmentsPerforms housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroomPerforms patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):Providing hospice supportive careMedication remindersAssisting with exercisesIncontinence careUse lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer liftsPreferred Experience in:Hoyer liftPersonal careRange of Motion ExercisesCompanionshipLight cleaningRequirements:CNA license or HHA Certificate (HHAs - Must have badge from Palm Beach County - no exceptions)Valid Driver License or State Photo IDSecond form of ID (SSN, Passport, Voter's Registration, etc.)Auto InsuranceCPR Card (cannot be an online class)TB or Chest X-rayLevel 2 Fingerprint Background checkAlzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications CEU1 letter of recommendation
