This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00-$20.00. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until December 31, 2025.ResponsibilitiesProvide all patrons with a superior customer service experience.Provide information regarding Seminole Theatre events to patrons by phone and at the ticket window.Distribute literature to patrons and answer questions in response to inquiries about shows and events.Sell and process ticket orders via telephone, Internet, and the window.Accurately & efficiently operate the Eventbrite ticketing system to sell tickets for all events.Prepare tickets for will call pickup.Assist with miscellaneous box office projects as directed.Other administrative duties as required by theatre management.Part-time night and weekends, some daytime hours may be required, 10-20 hours a week possible but not guaranteed.Flexible schedule and other opportunities are available.QualificationsFriendly, outgoing with superior customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be well organized and able to multi-taskComputer skills including but not limited to Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook.Previous Box Office experience a plus but not necessaryStrengthened by Our Differences.
