Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Tax Preparer-Accountant Professional to join our team Our Tax/Accountant Professional will be responsible for communicating with clients about tax preparation process, conducting pre-set appointments assist with tax preparations and filing. Our company handles 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, & 990 returns. Our Tax/Accountant Professional will assist in our day-to-day tax, requirements. Should be able to perform financial analysis, tax preparation for both federal and state, as well as complete other projects for management. ** Responsibilities:** Preparation of individual (Form 1040’s) and business income tax returns (Form 1120, 1120S and 1065) Taking incoming calls from clients answering their tax questions Participate in pre-tax planning appointments and processes Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling Informing clients of changes in tax laws and impact on their return and fees Organize and maintain financial records and spreadsheets ​ ** Qualifications:** Prepare tax returns Perform accountant functions Proficiency with Quick Books software, Lacerte software as well as MS Office including Word, Excel, Email and Internet Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle and perform multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop trust and a good working relationship with clients Ability to successfully pass a background check Company Description We are a Tax & Accounting Firm providing, tax preparation services for 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, & 990 returns.
