We're on the hunt for a high-energy, motivated Junior Recruiter to join our HR team and help us find amazing people across our Aesthetic and Vision sales teams. This is a perfect role for someone early in their recruiting career who's excited to roll up their sleeves, learn the ins and outs of full-cycle recruiting.Key Responsibilities:Support full-cycle recruiting for sales positionsSource candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databasesReview resumes and conduct initial phone/video screeningsSchedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managersMaintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Assist with job postings and candidate outreachHelp ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processTrack candidate progress and assist with recruiting reportsRequired Qualifications:1--2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experienceFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProfessional, motivated, and eager to learnPreferred Qualifications:Exposure to recruiting in sales, medical, or aesthetic industriesExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing toolsBasic understanding of hiring laws and complianceBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)Lumenis is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination of any kind.
