A Rehab Team Leader with PREFERRED THERAPY SOLUTIONS is responsible for providing daily oversight of rehabilitation services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility to ensure efficient and effective operations. In addition, you will provide therapy services as needed on a regular basis. Requirements:
Qualifications:
Must possess a current MA OT therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state to be employed.
Prefer management experience in sub-acute/ skilled nursing facility setting and/or demonstrated leadership skills.
Must enjoy working with the geriatric population to improve their quality of life.
