You will consistently meet and exceed sales plans. You will establish and develop clientele base. You will maintain and gain the knowledge and expertise on the brands we offer. You will collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling, exciting store events and clienteling. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, basic life insurance, supplemental life insurance, disability insurance, and a variety of additional voluntary benefits (such as critical illness, hospital and accident insurance).It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
