Primary Duties:

  • Guide and support an international team of developers, promoting an atmosphere conducive to creative thinking and high performance.
  • Supervise the entire lifecycle of title search and examination software, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives and adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with diverse teams to ensure that software development aligns with long-term business strategies.
  • Spearhead the implementation of novel technologies and methodologies to bolster product functionality and efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth integration of title search products with existing systems and workflows.
  • Efficiently manage project schedules, budgets, and resource distribution across various global locations.
  • Foster robust relationships with stakeholders, encompassing clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure the successful execution of projects.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in leading software development teams spanning multiple nations.
  • Substantial experience in title search and examination procedures and technologies is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, coupled with the capacity to motivate and empower teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a history of delivering inventive solutions.
