We are in search of a hardworking, self-motivated, and experienced individual who is looking for a full-time, year round opportunity to become a Measure Technician for Renewal by Andersen; the number one window manufacturer in the countryPrimary ResponsibilitiesVisit jobs sold by the sales staff to verify accurate measurements and assessment of labor/materialsProvide installation solutions that match our customer's expectations of a cost effective, installed, window replacementRecognize situations that would impact customer's expectationsMaintains a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installationUnderstands and adheres to the established Renewal processes and standardsProvide accurate measurements and documentation of job-related circumstances in a timely fashionStrive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate installation techniquesQualifications2-3 years of carpentry, finishing and/or remodeling experience5+ years of window and door experienceWindow installation experienceStrong communication skills; clear and readable written documents, and messagesMechanical aptitudeA valid driver's licenseGood organizational skillsGood computer skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary $50,000-$54,000 plus opportunity to earn a monthly bonus up to $3,000$1200 vehicle stipend401K plan with company percentageFull insurance package, including medical, dental, vision, and lifePTO - vacation time, sick time, and holiday payStudent Loan Repayment Program and Student Tuition ReimbursementAccess to Employee Perks ProgramIf this sounds like an exciting challenge to you, apply now We are always looking for motivated talent to join our team.
