Salary: $145-$185k + EOY Bonus (10% Profit Share)


Haraka Headhunters LLC is an attorney search firm specializing in corporate attorney placements. We are currently working with a top-tier specialty financing/factoring company who provides cash advances to contactors in the insurance space.


What We Are Looking For...

  • At least 5 years of business litigation experience
  • Experience working with outside counsel to coordinate litigation
  • At least 5 years of experience in a general counsel role preferably at a funding or insurance company
  • Must have experience drafting investor memorandums and legal opinions
  • Experience purchasing receivables is a plus


Education Requirements:

  • JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school
  • Admitted and in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
