Quality Assurance ManagerEnsure the Quality Management System (QMS) complies with regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Facilitate and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across production and business operations. Maintain, organize, and control quality documentation including procedures, work instructions, drawings, and specifications. Support internal and external audits by preparing records, documentation, and evidence of compliance. Collect, analyze, and interpret production and quality data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement. Use Excel to create pivot tables and develop dashboards, metrics, and reports for management review. Serve as a compliance and quality resource for engineering, production, and supply chain teams. Support supplier quality activities, including incoming inspection documentation review and data analysis.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or Associates degree preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.Experience in quality administration.Proficient in Excel and ability to make pivot tables.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cranston, RI.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/hr.
