Unleash your talent and redefine what's possible.Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Superintendent - Electrical to join our team In this role you will get to contribute to the construction of a mission-critical facility for the US Navy. What you'll be doing includes overseeing all day-to-day electrical construction operations, supervising in-house electrical tradesmen and subcontractors, enforcing vigorous safety and quality control measures, maintaining the project schedule, and planning the procurement and delivery of equipment and materials. You will also provide leadership and mentoring.What required skills you'll bring include a bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience, working knowledge of electrical construction practices, proven experience in successfully leading construction crews, proficiency with MS Office and other common software applications, excellent communication and leadership skills, and successful planning, scheduling, and look-ahead experience.Desired skills include hands-on experience in commercial/industrial electrical construction trades, past experience as a Project Superintendent, and MS Project or Primavera scheduling experience. Security clearance requirement: None.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
