Equitable Advisors supports you with biweekly stable pay for up to your first 24 months as a financial professional, empowering you to establish your career in wealth management. Stable pay is based on a structured 40-hour workweek with $31,000 annually.Commissions and Bonus: In addition to Stable Pay, financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus.
