Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft project-specific BIM execution plans and assist in preconstruction services.
  • Collaborate with IT and VDC staff to uphold and evolve VDC standards and 3D software tools.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms related to VDC.
  • Support business development efforts in RFQ preparations and presentations.
  • Develop and modify VDC guidelines, oversee subcontractor adherence, and manage VDC budgets and schedules.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of progressive project experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Proficiency in essential software like AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, Archicad.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
