Our goal is to balance high development with high performance in order to meet the long-term goals of each individual, team, and our firm.Weaver's internal Finance department is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our growing team The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for the preparation, analysis and distribution of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role involves collaborating with various departments to gather financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to Firm leaders to support business decision-making. Our Finance team is friendly, fun and innovativeTo be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field6 to 10 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related roleStrong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standardsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and financial reporting softwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsAdditionally, the following qualifications are preferred:A professional accounting or finance designation such as CPA or MBAExperience with SEC reporting and filingsFamiliarity with financial reporting software (including Power BI) and ERP systemsPrior experience in a public accounting firm or corporate finance environmentAt Weaver, our most valuable resources is our people.
