Job Description:

As a Senior C++ Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance trading systems. You will collaborate closely with traders, quants, and other developers to implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance our trading capabilities. This position requires a deep understanding of C++ programming, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading systems using C++.
  • Implement and optimize low-latency trading algorithms and strategies.
  • Collaborate with traders, quants, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize system performance and latency, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a world renown school.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in C++ development, preferably in the finance or trading industry.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Experience with multi-threaded programming and low-latency systems.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and socket programming.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other programming languages such as Python, Java, or Rust.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, and market data feeds.
  • Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
