Leadership and learning business development skills all start with one simple skill: Communication. One of the core skills at Harcoza Inc., that we focusing on developing with our team members is teaching the art of communication.
Whether it is with a spouse, family, future business partner or in friendships, learning how to properly communicate with others can make or break the relationship with another. That’s why we put so much emphasis on teaching people the skill of sales and how to communicate properly.
That’s why a lot of our team has aspirations of becoming business owners, entrepreneurs or just to increase their communication skills for personal / professional relationships.
What a Day to Day Looks Like:
- Team Collaboration: Connect via zoom with our team to go over training and developmental modules, go over high performers from the week / day prior and over any client updates that we have been provided
- Sales and Communication: Build relationships with our customers directly at their homes, with a people first approach , with leads and territory provided to us from our client
- Leadership Development: Take on training and coaching opportunities with new potential team members and learn the business skills of interviewing, team development and that are transferrable within any industry
The Qualities We Look for in Candidates:
- Ambition: everyone says they are a hard worker; ambition is what kicks in when challenges and obstacles arise to push through those challenges
- Integrity: because we represent Fortune 500 clients, we have to ensure we are working with people who will do the right things, even when no one is looking
