Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is seeking an Onsite Help Desk Support professional for a client in Bardstown, KY. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring seamless IT operations. Responsibilities include ticket management, desktop support, machine imaging, etc. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solution oriented mindset, high sense of urgency, excellent customer service, and strong documentation skills.
