From the first level security officer to the CEO, St. Moritz is committed from the top down to provide the highest level of service possible.Job DescriptionWe are seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers to provide security services at corporate facilities throughout Central Jersey. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to professionalism, customer service, and safety while maintaining a visible and effective security presence.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned propertyMonitor access points and ensure the security of employees, visitors, and assetsProvide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, staff, and visitorsObserve, report, and document incidents accurately and professionallyEnforce site-specific rules, regulations, and post ordersRespond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and incidentsMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all timesRequirementsValid New Jersey SORA Security Guard Card (Required)Prior security experience required (corporate security experience preferred)Strong professionalism and work ethicExcellent customer service and communication skillsPatrol experienceAbility to remain alert and observant for extended periodsMust be reliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyAbility to write clear and accurate reportsMust be able to work all days, including weekends and holidays if requiredPreferred QualificationsCorporate or office-building security experienceExperience working with access control systems and CCTVPrior customer-facing or concierge-style security experienceWe OfferCompetitive hourly payFlexible scheduling (PT & FT shifts available)Professional work environmentOpportunities for advancementQualified candidates must meet all licensing requirements and pass applicable background checks.
