We work hard as a team, listening to our patients, treating each with personalized care and working with the patients to set and achieve their health and wellness goals.We believe that every person deserves to be treated well.Our unique multispecialty approach to our patients’ problems, is multi-pronged, allowing us to pinpoint the right treatment. Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation- HPI, physical exam, medical history, review pertinent information/records/imaging
- Order and review diagnostic imaging
- Diagnosis and Treatment Plans
- Treatments (injections, therapies)
- Order labs/testing and review the results
- Referral to other providers as indicated
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Patient education- as to the diagnosis, treatment plan options and pre/post care instructions
- Graduation from an Accredited NP program
- Nurse Practitioner license in TX
- Experience working in Pain Management setting preferred but not mandatory
- 4-5 days a week
- Bonus structure
