Our Service and Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers by delivering product in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles. Also assisting with the general maintenance and organization of inventory within the warehouse. This full time Warehouse Delivery Driver position can lead to career growth opportunities.Job ResponsibilitiesIn this friendly work environment you will be responsible for:Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policiesPick, stage and load trucks as requestedUnderstand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirementsMaintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating proceduresAdhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customersSecurely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable as required per company COD policyMaintain a clean, safe and secure vehicle and work areaMaintain exception customer service based on our People Focused ValuesCome to work in a Clean and Laundered Uniform that is provided by NTWOperate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner as neededOther duties as requested or neededQualificationsSafety 1st Mentality1+ years of experience, box truck experience and/or delivery experience preferred1+ years of no At-fault accidentsClean MVRMaintain a current driver's license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven during company businessMust be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicleMust be 21 years or olderAbility to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbsComplete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulationsAbide by all Federal, State, and Local lawsMust be able to pass a Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug ScreenBenefitsMarket competitive compensation401(k) and Roth with company match.
