Role Description

Being apart of an Asphalt Paving Crew at Romero, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will take part in the production of a highway-class asphalt paving crew to ensure efficient production and maintain high standards of quality. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility to uphold our production schedules and deliver superior products to our customers.

 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in concrete and (or) asphalt or a similar role
  • Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, equipment, and materials
  • Ability to operate and maintain paving equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers
  • Understanding of safety procedures and ability to follow them
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor environments
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., CDL) is a plus
