Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automation RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Architect to design and implement RPA solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of RPA technologies and a proven track record of successfully deploying automation projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements.
- Create detailed RPA solution architecture and design documents.
- Lead the development and deployment of RPA bots, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to RPA developers.
- Monitor and maintain RPA solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in all RPA implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and RPA developers.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in RPA development and architecture.
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Remote system automation experience.
- Experience with AI and machine learning integration is a plus.
- Relevant RPA certifications are highly desirable.
- Healthcare domain working experience is preferred.
