The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of RPA technologies and a proven track record of successfully deploying automation projects.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements.
  • Create detailed RPA solution architecture and design documents.
  • Lead the development and deployment of RPA bots, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to RPA developers.
  • Monitor and maintain RPA solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in all RPA implementations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and RPA developers.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in RPA development and architecture.
  • Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Remote system automation experience.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning integration is a plus.
  • Relevant RPA certifications are highly desirable.
  • Healthcare domain working experience is preferred.
