Job Summary:

We are seeking a Site E&I Engineer with a strong background in electrical and instrumentation systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing electrical systems and control systems for industrial applications, including power generation, cabling, wiring, motor control centers, and instrumentation systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Study, design, and specify electrical systems such as power generation, power systems performance and control, lighting, motor control centers, communication systems, cathodic protection, grounding, lightning protection, and heat tracing.
  • Design, specify, and select instrumentation and control systems, including process control systems, safety systems, control panels, analyzer systems, telecommunications, field instrumentation, valves, and more.
  • Provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards (NFPA/NEC, IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, API, and ASI).


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Control Systems preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electrical and instrumentation system design.
  • A thorough understanding of electrical system design and instrumentation/control system design is required.
  • Experience with fire alarm systems is preferred but can be developed long-term.
  • Familiarity with industry codes and standards (NFPA/NEC, IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, API, and ASI) is essential.
  • PE (Professional Engineer) license is preferred.
