Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time role is perfect for both experienced therapists and new graduates ready to make an impact. You will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to help residents achieve their functional goals and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Assess residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop personalized occupational therapy plans Provide therapeutic interventions that promote independence in daily activities, including self-care, mobility, and adaptive techniques Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including PTs, nurses, and physicians to ensure comprehensive care Document therapy plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely Educate residents and families on techniques and exercises to continue progress outside therapy sessions Maintain compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and current Nebraska Occupational Therapy license Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply What's in it for you?
