We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our Manufacturing Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the client's manufacturing processes that utilize low-code development platforms. As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for working with global stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and define user stories for this new environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support following stakeholders: Technical Product Manager (TPM), Technical Product Owner (TPO)) - Site stakeholders (site quality, site IT leads, site SMEs) and Development team (developers, QA testers, Independent Quality)
  • Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Create User Stories with different stakeholders to: capture ideas, communicate value to all stakeholders, build understanding of solution
  • Clarify and document business requirements to deliver a technical solution. (this person will work with the team to ensure prioritization/refinement of product backlog based on business value and time to complete, and adherence to software development/product management best practices)
  • Ensure adherence to software development/product management best practices/standards around SDLC, GxP, quality & compliance, and security.
  • Develop process improvements using Mendix and other low-code platforms
  • Create dashboards and reports for manufacturing KPIs
  • Support MES migration efforts, including data mapping and process standardization
  • Provide training and support for MES and Mendix-based applications
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience refining requirements and building user stories/mapping in Jira
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of MES and low-code platforms (preferably Mendix)
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages ( SQL)
  • Knowledge of the following tools: Jira, Confluence, Roadmunk, Mural/Figma, Tulip, Mendix
