Job Shift: Various Assignment Category: Full-time regular Hours per Pay Period: 80 Work From Home 100%: No Pay Ranges: 270000-320000 Job Identification: 228803 Job Category: Provider Job Schedule: Full time Internal Medicine - Choose from 100% Clinical Outpatient Practice or Traditional Practice Two St. Cloud clinic sites - one connected to St. Cloud Hospital Specialists available for consultation Large Hospitalist group to support inpatient care Approx 1:13 outpatient call – phone calls only APP support in the clinic 1:1 clinician to hall nurse ratio Resources on site include: care coordinators, referral coordinators, PharmD, anti-coagulation nurses, Behavioral Health providers, diabetes educators.
